Heard on I.A. No. 30517/21, an application seeking temporary suspension of sentence moved on behalf of appellant-Sahab Singh on the

premise that wife of appellant is suffering from tumor in urinary bladder.

Upon consideration of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and regard being had to the gravity of offence and degree of involvement of appellant as found by the trial Court in Para 98 of the judgment, no case is made out for grant of temporary suspension.

Accordingly, I.A. No.30517/21 stands rejected.
