Considering the issue involved, it would be appropriate to first explore the possibility of settlement by way of mediation.

Let appropriate Mediator be appointed who is requested to initiate,

conduct and conclude mediation proceeding as expeditiously as possibly and submit a report.

Parties have agreed to appear personally before Mediator on 09 th of December, 2021.

Meanwhile, no coercive step shall be taken against the appellant- husband pursuant to the impugned judgment.
