                            Shri V. S. Choudhary, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/ State.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the fact that the petitioner is entitled to grant of second krammonati as per the judgment

passed in W.P.No.6773/06 (Smt. Prerna Vs. State of M.P. and others) decided on 26.04.2007, but respondents are not considering his representation and not taking any decision on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that representation preferred by him may be considered and decided by the authority by passing a reasonable and speaking order.

Learned Panel Lawyer for the State has no objection. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide fresh representation, which will be

preferred by the petitioner along with certified copy of the order within a period of seven days from today. The said authority shall decide the same by passing a reasonable and speaking order within a period of sixty days from date of receiving representation and certified copy of the order passed today.

No opinion is expressed on the merits of the case. C.C. as per rules
