Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of one increment from the date of passing of Typing examination i.e., 16.01.2011 in the light of the judgment passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Manoj Kumar Purohit & Ors. Vs. State of M.P. reported in 2016(1) MPLJ 449.

Before filing this petition, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the Joint Director, Veterinary Services on 09.12.2019, but the same has not been decided so far.

Ms. Phaye, learned Govt. Advocate for the respondent/State submits that the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in the case of Manoj Kumar Purohit & Ors.(supra).

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. Let the representation of the petitioner be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with the law and judgment and if the petitioner is found entitled, then the same benefit be extended to him. The entire exercise be completed within 90 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
