Shri Pushpendra Yadav, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and prays for time to file reply to the writ petition and explain as to why in pursuant to the judgment of this Court steps have not been taken so far by the State Government to fill up the huge number of posts of Teachers lying vacant in the State on regular basis and why the policy envisaged in the operative part of the aforesaid judgment has so far not been prepared though the same has been uploaded on their website.
