            Shri Ajay Bhargava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

Learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the respondent no.4 who is the complainant has filed an application under R.T.I. seeking personal information and documents of the petitioner. It is argued by the

learned counsel for the respondent no.4 that the personal information of the petitioner have been directed to be given to the respondent no.4.

By placing reliance upon the judgment passed by this Court in the case o f Shrikant Pandey Vs. State of M.P. and others, I.L.R. (2010) MP 2473 it is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the personal information cannot be given under the RTI.

In such circumstances, as the respondent no.4 has already appeared before this Court, list the case in the next week.

Till the next date of hearing the order dated 3.3.2021 shall not be given

effect to.
