At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be disposed of by directing the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Krammonati in the light of judgment passed by

this Court in the case of K. L. Asre and others Vs. State of M.P. and another (W.P. (s) No.1070/2003) dated 7.11.2005.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/3 within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order passed today. In addition to that the petitioner shall file copy of the judgment passed in the case of K. L. Asre (supra) to the competent authority.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
