                            Shri Akhil Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.
                            Counsel for the petitioners prays for time to go through the judgment
                      and decree passed in Civil Suit No. 34-A/2012.      As per decree in Clause-E,
                      it has been stated that suit in Khasra Nos. 72/4/k and 141/1 has been
                      dismissed by the Civil Court.

                            Petitioners have made complaint that respondents have sold Khasra

Nos. 72/4/K and 141/1 by registered sale deed contrary to interim order passed by this Court.

There was no stay over Khasra Nos. 72/4/k and 141/1. However, considering the request of counsel for the petitioners, he is granted two weeks' time to examine judgment and decree and make submission before this Court.

List the matter after two weeks.
