This appeal has been filed being aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 11.05.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Betul in Civil Suit
No.60-A/2018, whereby an application filed by the respondent/husband under Sections 13(1)(i-ka) and 13(1)(i-kha) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed and a decree of divorce has been granted.
On the last date of hearing, the matter was sent for mediation before the High Court Mediation Centre and the parties were directed to remain present before the Mediator. As per the Mediation Report, the mediation has been successful and the parties have entered into a compromise and agreed to live together. They have also agreed to love and respect each other and also to take care of their five years old daughter.
In view of the mediation report, no further proceedings are required in this matter. Hence, the judgment and decree dated 11.05.2019 is hereby set aside and the First Appeal stands allowed and disposed of in terms of the mediation report dated 06.03.2020.
A decree be drawn accordingly.
