Shri Rajesh Kumar Shukla, learned Dy. Advocate General for the

State.

Heard through video conferencing.

I.A.16350/2021, an application of temporary suspension of

sentence filed on behalf of appellant is taken up and considered.

It is informed that marriage of daughter of appellant - Siroman

alias Shiroman Singh is scheduled to be held on 20-03-2021. Appellant

has brought on record fresh permission for holding marriage, granted by

SDM, Bhander District Datia on 15-06-2021 subject to certain conditions

including following of COVID-19 protocol.

The factum of marriage of daughter of appellant -Siroman alias

Shiroman Singh has been verified by the State and found to be true.

In view of above, this Court deems it appropriate to allow I.A.

16350/2021, an application for temporary suspension.

It is directed that jail sentence of the appellant -Siroman alias

Shiroman Singh shall remain suspended temporarily and he be released

on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.

Twenty Five Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount to

the satisfaction of CJM, Gwalior provided that the appellant shall 2 Cra.1534.2018

surrender himself to custody before said Magistrate on 22/6/2021 for

undergoing remaining part of jail sentence as per the impugned judgment.

Let the case be taken up on 28/6/2021 for the appellant to file

proof that he has surrendered before the court concerned in compliance of

the above direction.

Registry is also directed to requisition report regarding surrender

by appellant in terms of aforesaid directions from concerned court-below.
