Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that respondent Nos.6 and 7 have already been died before impugned judgment, therefore, permission be granted to delete their names from the petition.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection on the above petition, therefore, the said application is allowed and applicant is permitted to amend the petition accordingly.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that rest of the defaults have already been cured, therefore, the matter be listed for hearing on

admission.
