Heard on I.A. No.2893/2021, an application under Order 22 Rule (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

This is an application for deleting the name of respondent No.1 Smt. Shantibai Begi from the array of the respondents. It is contended that respondent No.1 has died.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. Accordingly, I.A. No.2893/2021 is allowed. The appellant shall delete the name of the respondent No.1 from the cause title within seven days.

Also heard on I.A. No.6351/2020, an application seeking exemption from filing affidavit and certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree dated 26.5.2020.

On due considaration, I.A. No.6351/2020 is dismissed. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file certified copy of the impugned judgment.

List the matter after four weeks.
