Heard on the question of admission.
Let notice be issued to the respondents through trial Court only.
Notice shall be served by the trial Court either to the respondents
themselves or to the counsel appearing for them, in order to facilitate
expeditious disposal of the petition.
On payment of process fee within a week, Office is also
directed to handover notice to the counsel for the petitioner, who shall
deliver the notice to the trial Court for its service to the respondents
by the trial Court, as aforesaid.
Since a short point is involved, matter may be heard finally on
the next date of hearing itself.
Let the matter be listed on 03.08.2021.
Till the next date of hearing final judgment be not passed in the
present case.
