Heard on the question of admission. The appeal is admitted on the following substantial questions of law :-

" 1 . Whether the learned appellate Court are justified in reversing the well reasoning judgment and findings, by overlooking the ample and sufficient facts and evidence brought in its misappreciation of fact." Is s ue notice on admission as well as I.A. No. 2782/2021 to the respondents No. 1 to 20 on payment of P.F. within seven days' by registered A.D. and ordinary mode both, together with the substantial questions of law. Notice be made returnable in two weeks.

Let the matter be listed after three weeks. Meanwhile, both parties are directed to maintain status quo as it exists

today till the next date of hearing.
