IA No. 2209/2020 has been filed for condonation of delay.
Another IA No. 2269/2021 has been filed for the purpose to show that
the application for condonation of delay is not required.
It appears from the Registry report that the petition has been filed
within the prescribed limitation after getting the benefit of Supreme Court
judgment related to the Lockdown period.
Therefore, the aforesaid IAs will be treated as disposed of.
Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 upon submission of
process fee along with the copy of petition within seven working days. Notices be issued by both modes, returnable within four weeks.
Notice of respondent No. 2 be issued through respondent No. 1. List the matter along with service report of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for arguments upon admission in the week commencing 05.04.2021.
