for respondent No.5 Shri Samdarshi Tiwari is relying on judgment of Indore Bench of this High Court passed in W.P. No.1402/2021 (Md. Farhan Khan Vs. State of M.P. and others) and other connected petitions decided on 06.08.2021 but said order has failed to take into consideration, order of Division Bench of this High Court passed on 21.12.2017 in W.P. No.4001/2017 and other connected matters.

Shri Tiwari prays for and is granted three weeks' time to go through the fine aspects of the arguments raised by Shri Ashish Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner.
