State of Madhya Pradesh.

The present appellants / complainants have filed this criminal

appeal under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

against acquittal of respondents No.1 and 2 (Ravi Kumar and Manish

Yadav) by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Dr. Ambedkar

Nagar, District Indore (MP) in Sessions Trial No.216/2016 vide

judgment dated 16th March, 2021 whereby the learned Judge has

acquitted respondents No.1 and 2 from commission of offence

punishable under Sections 325/34, 504 and 506-II of Indian Penal

Code, 1860.

Heard on IA No.27719/2021, an application for withdrawal of

the present criminal appeal on the ground that the matter has been

compromised between the parties and the appellants / complainants

do not wish to prosecute the appeal any further, which has been filed

against the acquittal.

CRA No.2949/2021

For the reasons assigned in the application, IA No.27719/2021

is allowed.

As a result, Criminal Appeal No.2949/2021 is hereby

dismissed as withdrawn.

Let the record of the concerned case (if available in the Reg-

istry) be send to the trial Court along with copy of this order, if not

required in other connected matter.

All the other pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall

stand disposed of.
