, whereby it has been pointed out that in the very last line of the first page as well as first line of para 7 at page No. 9 of the judgment dated 11/08/2021 passed in the instant First Appeal No.292/2009, date of judgment passed by trial Court has been erroneously typed as "27/07/2009" in place

of "22/07/2009".

Perused the office note as well as documents available on record. From perusal of the judgment dated 11/08/2021 passed by this Court in the instant F.A. No.292/2009, it is apparent that due to clerical mistake, the date of trial Court's judgment has wrongly been mentioned as "27/07/2009", however the actual date of judgment of trial Court is "22/07/2009".

In view of above, it is directed that the date of trial Court's judgment be read as "22/07/2009" in place of "27/07/2009" in last line of first page as well as first line of para 7 at page No. 9 of the judgment dated 11/08/2021

passed in the instant First Appeal No.292/2009.

This order shall form the part of the judgment dated 11/08/2021 in First Appeal No. 292/2009 (Bhagwan Sharan & Anr. vs. Krishnakant Bhargava & Anr.).

Accordingly, let this matter be consigned to the record room.
