This third application under Section 439 of CrPC has been

filed for grant of bail. Second application of the applicant was

dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 11.06.2021 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.29703/2021.

The applicant has been arrested on 07.02.2021 in connection

with Crime No.44/2021 registered at Police Station Mehgaon Distt.

Bhind for offence under Sections 294, 307, 34 of IPC and Sections

25, 27 and 30 of Arms Act.

In view of the fact that as many as 21 criminal cases apart from

7 preventive cases under Section 110 of CrPC were registered against

the applicant including 4 cases under Section 307 of IPC and 2 cases

under Section 302 of IPC and in absence of outcome of the said

criminal cases, counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw this application with liberty to revive the prayer

along with the judgments passed in the previously registered cases.

With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as

withdrawn.
