I.A.No.516/2021, an application for urgent hearing is considered and allowed.

I.A.No.517/2021 has been filed seeking extension of stay granted on 14.07.2008 on the ground that the interim order of status quo stands vacated in the light of the judgment passed in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. and another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in 2018 SCC Online SC 310.

On perusal of the order sheets, it is seen that the stay order was already continued on 11.02.2021 as well as on 02.03.2021. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this case. Accordingly, I.A. No.517/2021 stands closed.
