                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of April, 2025

Petitioner seeks installment facility for repayment of the

outstanding amount.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent

submitted that the overdue amount as on today is Rs.16,47,714/-.

He also pointed out that the petitioner has not made any payment

after 2018. He further submitted that if the petitioner makes

payment of a substantial amount within a short period, the Bank is

not against granting installment facility to the petitioner.

Therefore this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondent Co-operative Society to consider the request of the

petitioner for installment facility on condition that the petitioner

makes payment of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) within

three weeks from today and approach the Bank for appropriate

installment arrangement. It is made clear that in case the petitioner

fails to make payment as directed above, it will be open to the

respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with

law.
