JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging Ext.P5 order of
the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) whereby he was
transferred as Store Issuer to Edappal. He prays that Ext.P5 be set aside
and directs the 2nd respondent to take up and consider Ext.P8
representation preferred by him.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents
submits that the petitioner was relieved on 24.03.2025 from Malappuram
and he was unauthorisedly absent after that. It is further submitted that if
the petitioner re-joins at Edappal, they shall consider his application for
re-transfer to Malappuram positively based on his Medical condition as
well as his period of retirement from service.
Taking note of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a
direction to the petitioner to join duty at Edappal, immediately and
thereafter the 2nd respondent to take up and consider Ext.P8

representation of the petitioner positively, as expeditiously as possible,
but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment, taking into consideration his Medical condition as well as the
period of retirement from service.
