JUDGMENT
The petitioner was appointed as UPST in the school
managed by the 5th respondent. However, the approval of the
same was declined by the Educational Authorities. Challenging
the orders issued in this regard, the Manager submitted Ext.P5
revision petition before the 1st respondent, whereas the
petitioner submitted Ext.P6 revision petition. Both the said
revision petitions are now pending consideration before the 1 st
respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to
direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the said revision
petitions.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this
writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 1 st respondent
shall take up Exts.P5 and P6 and to pass appropriate orders
thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the
5th respondent and other affected parties, if any. The orders in
this regard shall be passed by the 1 st respondent, as

expeditiously as possible, by following the timeline and the
priorities contemplated in G.O.(Ms)No.54/2024/GEDN dated
01.06.2024.
