Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to direct the respondent no.1 University to issue the consent of
affiliation for enhancement of MBBS seats in petitioner's College, from
150 to 250 for the Academic Year 2024-25 and direct the respondents 3 and
4 to complete the processng of application for granting enhancement from
150 to 250 seats for the Academic Year 2024-25, immediately within a time
frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, subject to the disposal of the
above Writ Appeal.
This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
case on 23/09/2024 upon perusing the appeal memorandum, and this court's
Order dated 13/09/2024,the court on the same day passed the following:

ORDER
Amit Rawal, J.
Mr.P. Sreekumar, learned Senior counsel during the course of
the hearing informed that by communication dated 19.9.2024,
Director of Medical Education, Thiruvananthapuram has been
informed that the additional seats has been sanctioned to the
appellant pursuant to the previous order of this Court.
2. On oral request of the counsel representing the appellant,
we implead Director of Medical Education, Thiruvananthapuram in
the party array. Mr. T.K Vipindas, accepts notice. Copy of the letter
dated 19.9.2024 has been handed over.
3. Considering the expediency and urgency in the matter, we
are sanguine of the fact that the Director of Medical Education,
Thiruvananthapuram shall take a call on the letter dated 19.9.2024
as expeditiously as possible, for granting allotment of students in
this college in the next allotment process. Post on 28.10.2024.
