                                   ORDER

It is submitted that the 1st respondent has not received

any report from the 2nd respondent as directed by this Court in

the judgment dated 29.01.2024 in W.P.(C) No.3114/2024.

2. I am of the prima facie opinion that the 2nd

respondent committed contempt. Therefore, the 2 nd

respondent shall appear before this Court through video

conferencing on 23.09.2024. In the meanwhile, if the

directions are complied with or if the judgment is varied or

modified, the appearance is dispensed with.

Post on 23.09.2024.

Issue a copy of this order to the Government Pleader

who will communicate the same to the respondent.
