                        O.P.(C)No.81 of 2024
          ==========================================
Dated this the 5th day of September, 2024

                              O R D E R

This Court, by judgment dated 22.01.2024, in

O.P.(C)No.81 of 2024, directed the Principal Sub

Judge, Thalassery, to dispose of E.P.No.11 of 2017

within a period of three months. As per letter dated

19.08.2024, the learned Judge (in Charge), Principal

Sub Court, Thalassery, is seeking six more months'

time to dispose of the matter.

2. It is disquieting to note that when the

original time fixed was only three months, the officer

is seeking an extension of time to the extent of six

months. However, taking note of the fact that there is

no Judge officiating in the Principal Sub Court,

Thalassery, and that the applicant is only in charge

of the said Court, three months' time is allowed to

comply with the judgment in the above referred

O.P.(C).

The Registry will communicate the same to the

officer concerned forthwith.
