                              JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking

the following reliefs:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the 3rd respondent to accept Ext.P4 application for temporary permit on the route Keerithodu- Maniyarankudy - Venmani - Cheruthoni-Chelachuvadu - Vannapuram and pass orders on Ext.P4 within such time period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

and ii. grant such other reliefs which this Honourable Court deems just and fit in the circumstance of the case."

2. The petitioner's application in Ext.P4 for

a temporary permit for his stage carriage bearing

Registration No. KL-17-D-6768 on the route Keerithodu-

Maniyarankudy- Venmani- Cheruthoni- Chelachuvadu -

Vannapuram is pending.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits

that the petitioner's application for the grant of a regular

permit shall be considered in two weeks from today, in

2024:KER:67531

accordance with the law.

Considering the learned Government Pleader's

said stand, the writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the third respondent to consider the

petitioner's Ext.P4 application for a temporary permit

within two weeks from today.
