    ITS SECRETARY, HELEN, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, PIN- 695501. AND 2 OTHERS

          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
    stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
    pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2012
    in O.S. No: 534/2012 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara,
    pending disposal of this Writ Petition.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
    and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
    08.10.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. C.UNNIKRISHNAN,
    Advocate for the petitioner, M/S. PRATHAP S.R.K., D.ROBINSON ,Advocates
    for R1,SRI.D.JAYAKRISHNAN ,Advocate for R2 & R3, the court passed the
