           PRINCE, AGED 55 YEARS, S/O.THANKACHAN, PRINCE VILLA, KUDASSANADU
           P.O, PALAMEL VILLAGE, MAVELIKKARA TALUK, ALAPPUZHA DISTRICT.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 20.3.2024 in O.P.(Div) No.561/2019 on the file of
   the Honourable Family Court, Mavelikkara, in the above appeal in the
   interst of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 1/10/2024, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. T.K.BIJU,
   ANNIE M.ABRAHAM and KURIEN BIJU Advocates for the applicant, and of M/S.
   K.SASIKUMAR, S.ARAVIND, P.S.RAGHUKUMAR, ANITHA CHANDRAN and SURESH BABU
