          Op (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an Interim order staying the operation of Exhibit-P7 common order dated
   24.08.2023 in I.A No.1349/2023 and I.A No.1350/2023 in O.S. No.208/2023 of
   the Court of the Munsiff of Chittur and Exhibit-P10 common Judgment dated
   01.06.2024 in C.M.A. No.116/2023 and C.M.A. No.117/2023 of the Court of
   the Additional District Judge-V, Palakkad, pending disposal of this
   original petition (civil).

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   26-09-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JACOB SEBASTIAN, WINSTON
   K.V, ANU JACOB & BHARATH KRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   M/S.ANOOP KRISHNA, JENNY THANKAM & V.A.PRADEEP KUMAR, Advocates for the
   respondents, the court passed the following:
