        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the Family
   Court, Palakkad to consider and dispose the petition filed in O.P (HMA)
   No. 433 of 2023 for expeditious disposal of the case, within a time period
   of one month or any such time as fixed by this hon'ble court, so as to
   secure the ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's judgment dated
