          OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of Exhibit P9 judgment dated 19-06-2024 in CMA No. 51/2024
   on the file of the District Court, Palakkad pending disposal of the above
   Original Petition (Civil).


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   10.10.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANTHEEP ANKARATH &
   SHERRY M.V, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.K.P.BALAGOPAL,
