     This Writ appeal again coming on for orders on 24/10/2024, upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 24/09/2024,

We have heard Sri.Allen Skaria Thomas, the Appellant in person through Video Conferencing.

2. The Appellant had filed a private complaint under Section 195 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate. The complaint was rejected. Thereafter the Appellant filed Writ Petition/Revision which the learned Single Judge has dismissed by judgment dated 16 August 2023, against which this Appeal is filed.

3. The Petitioner in person states that he wants to file written submissions and for that purpose, he needs to do research on the internet. According to us, as long as the representation of the Petitioner is made effective, further orders are not necessary. The Legal Services Authority will appoint a suitable Advocate who will help the Appellant in preparing the written submissions and to carry out research as regards the case laws to enable the Appellant to submit the written submissions.

4. Hearing of this Appeal is defered by a period of four weeks. Post on 25
