Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation and all further proceedings pursuant to
Exhibit P8 and P10 enabling the petitioner to operate on the route
Thalappachery -Adoor-Kuttikol- Kanjiruhthumgal- Udayapuram-Odayamchal-
Periya-Kanhangad in accordance with Exhibit P7 regular permit, pending
disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
01.10.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SAJEEV KUMAR K.GOPAL,
Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
