The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following

prayers:

"1. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to enter the correct date of birth of the petitioner in the Exhibit-P4 passport as 1.1.1975 instead of 1.12.1961.

2. And pass such other appropriate orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, so as to secure ends of justice.

3. The petitioner also prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the translation of the documents G produced in Vernacular Language."

2. The petitioner has realized after 32 years that the petitioner's

date of birth mentioned in the passport is incorrect. Such an

afterthought attempt on the part of the petitioner to get the date of birth

changed in the passport is not feasible. WP(C) NO. 37157 OF 2024

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
