        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 27.08.2024 in O.P.(G&W) 61/2021 of the Family Court,
   Kattappana, pending disposal of the Matrimonial Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 8/10/2024, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.H.ABDUL
   RASAC and ABDUL RAOOF PALLIPATH Advocates for the applicant, the Court
