        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an order staying all further proceedings in Exhibit P3 - EP No. 11 of 2021
   and Exhibit P10- order dated 06-07-2024 in EP No. 11 of 2021 in O.S No. 7
   of 2002 of Munsiff Court, Peerumedu, pending disposal of this Original
   Petition (C) in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   01.10.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEORGE MATHEW, ELSA DENNY
