          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
    affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
    of the judgment and decree in AS.No.20 of 2022 on the file of the Sub
    Court, Sulthanbathery and in OS.No.536 of 2014 on the file of the
    Munsiff-Magistrate Court,Sulthanbathery pending disposal of this appeal.


            This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
       application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this
       Court's order dated 05.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
