        Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the MJC the High
   Court be pleased to restore the case which was dismissed on 11/07/2023
   into file to render justice.

        This Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case coming on for orders upon
   perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support of MJC, and this
   Court's judgment dated 11.07.2023 in WP(C)No.784/2016 and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.SYAM J.SAM, Advocate for the Applicant in MJC/petitioner
   in WP(C) and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 & R2 in MJC/WP(C), the court
   passed the following:

                                           ORDER

MJC is allowed on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Kerala Legal Services Authority within two weeks from today.

WP(C) is restored to file.

Post the WP(C) before the appropriate Bench as per roster.
