                         JUDGMENT

The petitioner preferred Ext.P5 Form No.10 application

before the 2nd respondent to survey her land and fix the

boundaries. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2 nd

respondent is not acting upon Ext.P5 application. It is in

these circumstance, the petitioner has approached this

Court.

2. Having heard Adv. B. Shameera, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Vidya

Kuriakose, the learned Government Pleader, this Writ

Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2 nd respondent

to consider and act upon Ext.P5 Form No.10 application, in

accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner within a

period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
