Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
granted by this Hon'ble court in Judgment dated 27.3.2024 to dispose
OP(MV)No.540/2022 on the file of MACT, Attingal for a further period of
one month in the interest of justice
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's Final order dated
27.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SIJU, S.ABHILASH &
ANJANA KANNATH, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the

ORDER
This is an application to enlarge time granted by this
Court in judgment dated 27.03.2024 in O.P(MAC) No.23 of
2024, for a further period of one month.
2. After perusing the affidavit filed in support of the
I.A. and after hearing the Standing Counsel for the
respondents, I find that grant of one more month will be in
the interest of justice.
I.A. is allowed. The time granted to comply with the
judgment is extended by one month.
