        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an Order to stay the entire proceedings in E.A No.6/2021 in C.C
   No.201/2017 of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kasargod including the
   Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in the above case,
   pending disposal of the above original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   2.9.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.K.MOHAMED RAVUF, Advocate
   for the petitioner and of M/S ZUBAIR PULIKKOOL & BINU P.S, Advocates for
   the respondent, the court passed the following:

Interim order is extended by three months.
