                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking expeditious

disposal of O.S.No.1/2019 pending before the Civil Judge(Junior

Division), Thiruvalla , within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. A report was called for by this Court from the trial court

concerned regarding the present status of the case and it is reported

that the case is now posted for pre-trial steps to 04.11.2024 and that

more than 2500 cases are pending before that court and out of which

more than 500 cases are 5 plus year old cases. The court has also sought

4 months' time for the disposal of the case after the completing the pre-

trial steps.

Taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2019,

the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Thiruvalla shall expedite the disposal of

the suit within the time limit sought for in the report after the pre-trial

steps are completed.
