                        JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 15th day of November, 2024)

The writ petition is preferred by the learned Standing

Counsel for the 1st respondent. The petitioner was terminated in the

year 2017. Even after laps of three years, the petitioner was not paid

with the bill. Under such circumstances, in which the writ petition is

preferred.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the

learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he is not intended

to prosecute the case further. Accordingly, the writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn.
