                              ORDER

Revision petitioner/1st accused is reportedly no more. A

copy of the death certificate produced. Near relatives of the

revision petitioner/1st accused have not moved this Court to

prosecute this revision petition.

2. The impugned sentence against the 1 st accused is a

composite sentence of imprisonment and fine. Therefore, on the

death of the 1st accused, this revision filed by him abates only in

respect of imprisonment awarded against the revision

petitioner/1st accused.

3. The trial court shall take appropriate steps in

accordance with law to recover the fine amount imposed on the

1st accused from his estate.

The Crl.Revision Petition is disposed of as abated.
