        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant a further
   period of 3 months from today to comply with the directions in the
   Judgment dated 20/02/2024 in WPC 7962/2021.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

This application seeks extension of time of three months from 23/08/2024 to comply with the directions in the judgment. Since the time period sought is to expire very soon, I allow this IA as prayed for.
