   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings in E.P. No. 29/2023 pending before
   the Hon'ble Family Court, Pathanamthitta pending disposal of the above
   Original Petition (FC).



          This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. AMRIN FATHIMA, BLESSON GEORGE & J.RAMKUMAR, Advocates for the
