                                      JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: -

"issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction, directing the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Palakkad to consider Exhibit P2 request for revision of timings of the petitioner's service on the route Thiruvazhiyode- Mannarkkad in respect of stage carriage KL 07 BA 1607, and revise the timings, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and other affected operators, within a time frame as this Hon Court may deem fit and proper;

ii. to grant such other reliefs as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper.

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's

application shall be considered within a period of two months after

hearing all the affected parties.

Considering the said stand of the learned Government Pleader, the

present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to

consider and pass necessary orders on the petitioner's application in

Ext.P2 for revision of timings within a period of two months, in

accordance with the law, after hearing all affected parties.
