        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   01.11.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                                ORDER

The learned Government Pleader upon instructions pointed out that

due to some difficulties in identifying the property, the judgment dated

16/10/2023 has not been complied with.

The aforesaid submission cannot be a justification for non-

compliance of the judgment. Hence an affidavit shall be filed by the

respondent by the next posting.
