        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 21.08.2023 in O.P.No.689/2021 of the Family court,
   Pala, pending final disposal of the above appeal, in the interests of
   justice.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.JOHN VARGHESE and SONU AUGUSTINE, Advocates for the applicant, the
